- Software supported is subject to our official List of Supported Software
- Quarterly System Cleanup includes Anti-virus Scan, Spyware Scan, Registry Cleanup, Unnecessary Software Removal, Disk Cleanup, and Disk Defragmentation.
- Onsite Support is only available for locations near our office. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule.
- The type of Free Security Software is dependent on the client's operating system and enviroment. In many cases, the integrated
Windows XP Firewall or Windows Vista Firewall is sufficient for most users, while others might need an open source or free firewall
solution better suited to their needs. Linux users will have a greater variety of security software to choose from; many anti-virus and
firewall solutions exist for this platform. For clients using Windows XP, we will likely install ClamWin Anti-virus and SpyBot S&D.
